If you are indemnified, the commission charged by us is 25% +VAT of the compensation amount(it will be deducted from your compensation amount at the time you get it).

In the case of claims related to EC 261, the following applies to the service charge:

For flights of 1 500 km or less, the customer will receive a compensation of EUR 250 and the customer will have to pay a service fee equal to 25% + VAT.

For flights known as intra-Community flights exceeding 1 500 km, as well as for flights between 1 500 km and 3 500 km, the customer will receive compensation of EUR 400. Therefore, the customer will have to pay a service fee of only 25% + VAT. For the rest of the flights not specified above, if the customer is entitled to receive EUR 600, 25% + VAT of the compensation will be the service charge.

For the flights described above, those for which the customer is not eligible for any of the amounts of EUR 250, EUR 400 or EUR 600, the customer does NOT have to pay the amount of 25% + VAT as a service charge for the compensation of his/her flight.

For other types of claims, other than those referred to in EC 261 applications, the service fee will be retained as follows:

If the customer obtains a flight compensation of 201-300 EUR, the customer will have to pay a service fee of 25% + VAT. If the customer obtains a flight compensation of 301-400 EUR, the customer will pay a commission of 25% + VAT.

If the customer obtains compensation for a flight of EUR 401-500, the customer must pay a service fee of 25% + VAT. If the customer obtains a flight compensation of EUR 501-600, the customer will owe a service fee of 25% + VAT.

If the customer obtains a flight compensation of EUR 601-800, the customer has to pay a service fee of 25% + VAT. If the customer obtains a flight compensation of EUR 801-1,000, the customer will pay a service fee of 25% + VAT.

Guarantee of the amount of the flight compensation The client will at all times enjoy the assurance that Websoll E-Commerce SRL will guarantee the correctness and accuracy of the amount of compensation to be received.

If all the criteria in the claim are met in accordance with EC261, then the client will be entitled to receive from Websoll E-Commerce SRL the correct amount in EUR.

Also, to clarify further, any compensation resulting from an EC261 claim will be paid in EUR.

Therefore, compensation received as a result of the efforts made by Websoll E-Commerce SRL will be processed in a completely transparent manner. For this reason, the customer will be able to satisfactorily verify that Websoll E-Commerce SRL has fulfilled its obligations under EC261.

International bank transfer fee Additional costs and expenses related to bank transfers will not risk Websoll E-Commerce SRL liability. Even though the amount of these charges is expected to be inconsistent or relevant in most cases, we reserve the right not to be responsible for them due to various bank policies.

Other Fees All prices and fees listed in the Websoll E-Commerce LLC Price List will not involve additional fees or other charges or forms of taxation on our part. The amounts listed will be the only amounts you will have to pay and will be deducted from your allowance on arrival.
